The aim of the activity of the PALANDER INSTITUTE is to act as a bridge between civil society, political decision makers, actors of economic life and also representatives of scientific and cultural sphere, to reveal and explore new possibilities of discourse and reinforce the responsibility in participants of communication concerning community purposes.

To achieve responsible solutions either on national or international level it is necessary to involve the community in question. The milestones of the research work of PALANDER INSTITUTE will be the dissemination, accomplishment of research works, analyses, problem-maps and alternatives of solutions, and also working out techniques for application , that can serve as orientation marks in the interactions of social communication.
